About the reservation

• All reservations are considered confirmed when they have been paid in full
• Any change of date, room type, or special services made after the reservation, will

be subject to changes in our availability and rates.

• In case you have an early departure, it is considered a cancellation and refunds do

not apply.

Cancellation penalty table

• Up to 14 days before the check in date, penalty 10% of the total reservation
• Up to 07 days before the check-in date, penalty 50% of the total reservation
• Less than 07 days total non-refundable amount of the total reservation

Passengers unaffected by VAT

By presenting your passport and the Andean migration card, you can exempt yourself from paying the tax (IGV)

to foreigners or non-resident nationals whose stay in Peru is not more than 60 days
